Dear Berlin Visitors! Here you will find a new furnished and renovated
(in the year 2006) 3-rooms-holiday-apartment (80 sqm) overlooking
Hackescher Markt in the 4th floor (lift), up to 4 persons.
In the sitting-room there is a
cosy seat commodation, digital TV, an eletrical chimney, a stereo
system with CD-player and soundprooved windows.
There is even a little safe.
Two single beds with good mattresses in both bedrooms, there are also
a cupboard and beside tables as well as an
electric "butler" for suits.
In the kitchen you will find a fitted kitchen with ceran stove, microwave,
dishwasher and all the things you need for cooking. There are also
seats.
The bathroom with bath and shower is a large and nice room, very
relaxing after a long walking.
Kitchen and bathroom are tiled, the other rooms are laid down by
laminat.
The bedroom is very quietly situated.
The sitting-room is overlooking HACKERSCHER MARKT and behind
BERLINER DOM.
When you leave the house you are in the most visited part of Berlin,
Berlin-Mitte. In front of you S-Bahn HACKERSCHER MARKT and around
the corner you will find HACKESCHE HOEFE. The jewish SYNAGOGE is
only 5 minutes far away. The same to ALEXANDERPLATZ with
NIKOLAIVIERTEL and SPREE (sightseeing tours by water).
Here starts the mighty boulevard UNTER DEN LINDEN which leads to
BRANDENBURGER TOR and passes SCHLOSSPLATZ, LUSTGARTEN,
HUMBOLDT-UNI, a lot of museums, STAATSOPER and international
restaurants and shops.
Soon you will cross FRIEDRICHSTRASSE. In a side street of
FRIEDRICHSTRASSE there is GENDARMENMARKT with BERLINER DOM
und FRANZOESISCHER DOM, hotels and renowned department stores.
Following FRIEDRICHSTRASSE you will arrive at CHECKPOINT CHARLIE,
former and famous border crossing-point to East Berlin.
When you arrive at BRANDENBURGER TOR, there is DEUTSCHER
REICHSTAG besides. Taking the other direction it will take you 10
minutes to arrive at POTSDAMER PLATZ.
